Join us for two Saturday mornings (August 29th and September 5th) to learn the Big Apple Contest!

In these two x 2-hr workshops, Lindsey will take you through the full Tranky Doo routine.

The Tranky Doo is one of the iconic, solo jazz routines is the second the "big three" solo jazz routines (Shim Sham, Tranky Doo, and the Big Apple).

Originating in the 1940s and Choreographed by Frankie Manning, the Tranky Doo is most commonly danced to "The Dipsy Doodle". Around the world whenever this song comes on swing dancers 💃🕺 will flock to the dance floor to dance the routine - ahem Boogie Down South hint hint wink wink.
